•  After a law and International Affair University French university PARIS ’s double degrees I joined the claims Dept of Reunion Europeenne in Paris in 1988.
•  That first activity was fully dedicated to Claims handling in relation with Marine insurance contracts on the Hull or cargo business with some connections to Freight forwarder’s liability policies.
•  In 1991 up to 1997 I joined CESAM in PARIS to handles claims and marine casualties on behalf of the French marine insurance market.
•  In 1998 I was hired in the newly created AGF MAT renamed AGCS (Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty) latter on and I did manage a claims handlers team dedicated to marine and transport risks . I was involved during that time in various merging working group within the Allianz Group on non-marine claim issues to streamline internal processes and work flows.
•  From 2010 to 2012 I was also in charge of the Legal Dept at AGCS France and I left the group to share my time between CESAM as International Dept manager (surveyors and average agent networks) and GAREX in order to handle Claims and legal issues linked to War risks.
•  In May 2017 I became GAREX CEO .
• He was involved with IUMI as L&L committee chairman from 2014 to 2017 following almost 6 years of membership in this committee and then became part of the IUMI EC from 2018 to 2022 I am know IUMI’s President .
• He is a regular speaker in Centre de Droit Maritime et transports of AIX en PROVENCE University and University Paris I on marine and transport insurance matters.
•  He is part of Marine Law national association in France (AFDM for Association Française de Droit maritime) .
